27 secondhand lace curtains, aluminium tubes, cotton wire. 2016
Variable dimensions (Length 450x300x100 cm, height 285 cm)
A room divider made out of collected secondhand lace curtains.
The work has a triangular shape and creates three spaces around itself: one front space, one back space and a third one that is the inaccessible space in-between the curtains. This third space is only viewable from the outside, through the window.
Here seen in Plan B, Amsterdam, during the duo exhibition Rumination Tale with Sara Bjarland.
