"The Artist Basic grant (Kunstenaar Basis) from the Mondriaan Fund is a grant intended for visual artists active in the Netherlands or the Caribbean part of the Kingdom to foster their professional practice and create new work. Designed for artists with at least 4 years of professional experience, it covers research, material costs, and exhibition expenses over 2 to 4 years."
